Following site inspection and consultations, it was concluded that the existing screening system was incapable of sufficiently dewatering product before reporting to magnetic separation.
Prior to proceeding with permanent installation, it was elected to perform field trials to determine if a more efficient screening machine and high-open area urethane media would ensure the successful implementation of magnetic separation.
